Rockwell International's Flow Control Division has announced plans to build a valve manufacturing plant this year on a 30-acre site in Waco, Texas. Construction of the new facility was expected to start in April and be completed in December of 1981. The plant will manufacture valves for oil and gas production and processing facilities, transmission pipelines, and gas distribution pipelines.
