Lawrence (Larry) H. Hagen, director of industrial and public relations at Todd Pacific Shipyards Corporation, Seattle Division, was recently re-elected president of the Pacific Coast Shipbuilders' Association. He has been with the Todd Seattle Division in the personnel and labor relations field for some 25 years, with the last eight years as director of industrial relations.
Also elected by the PCSBA board of directors at its recent conference were James West, Northwest Marine Iron Works, Portland, as vice president, replacing Jack Conklin, Merrit Ship Repair, Oakland, who has retired; and Robert Nicholas, Tacoma Boatbuilding Company, Tacoma, as secretary.
