Consolidated Grain and Barge Company, St. Louis, Mo., has announced the promotion of Rob Ramseyer to the position of sales manager of Freight Merchandising. Mr. Ramseyer joined Consolidated in 1978 as a grain merchant at Consolidated's Terminal at Hennepin, Ill. In 1979, Mr. Ramseyer became a merchandiser of barge transportation, the position he held prior to his recent promotion.
