   The Washburn & Doughty shipyard of Bath, Maine, has delivered the 105-foot combination scalloper-dragger Bountiful II, designed by John Gilbert Associates, to Capt. Edison Love of Portland, Maine.

8. General Ship Expands Its Facilities In South Boston

   General Ship Corporation of East Boston has taken a 10-year lease on a 21-acre site with a 675-foot drydock at EDIC/Boston's Boston Marine Industrial Park, with a local employment incentive built into the rent.

10. Hans Schaefer Succeeds Arthur Stout As President Of Todd Shipyards

    Todd Shipyards Corporation announced that Hans K. Schaefer will assume the presidency on July 15, 1981, succeeding Arthur W. Stout Jr., who is taking early retirement; Lennart M. Thorell will succeed Schaefer as Los Angeles Division general manager.
