W. Cameron Caswell has joined A. Johnson & Co., Inc., New York, N.Y. as vice president-acquisitions and mergers, according to a recent announcement by Robert M. Lynch, president.
Mr. Caswell recently retired as vice president-acquisitions and mergers of Dover Corporation, New York, where he spent 14 years.

Johnson & Co., Inc. is a privately held company with annual sales of more than $850 million and facilities throughout the U.S. The company has fully integrated oil operations; manufactures specialty steels, marine propellers, hydraulic devices, and liquid solids separation equipment; markets titanium and welding supplies; and is active in shipping.
