Service Machine Group, Inc. president T.R. Hensley announced recently that Frank E. Syfan has joined the company as vice president of business development.

Mr. Syfan was previously superintendent of Amoco's New Orleans division-offshore operations. In his new post Mr. Syfan will be responsible for new product development, acquisitions, and marketing and sales of offshore platforms, workboats, marine repair, large diameter pipe and pressure vessels, and electrical construction and maintenance.
