Gibbs & Cox, Inc., New York, N.Y., announced recently the move of their Washington Division to new offices at 1235 Jefferson Davis Highway, Crystal City, Arlington, Va. The Gibbs & Cox Washington Division has been providing naval architectural services to the Naval Sea Systems Command for the past 10 years. The Division has also served as the naval architectural support contractor for the Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC) Project for the Department of Energy for the last three years.
